On Jocca, We work for your shopping experience always comfortable, safe and transparent. That is why we currently offer two reliable methods of payment, and we are studying the incorporation of new options in the future to better adapt to the needs of each client.

Card

You can make your purchase with total security by bank card. We accept:

• Visa

• Visa Electron / 4b

• Master

This method uses a Secure payment system (3D Secure). Once the order data is introduced, you will be automatically redirected to a Safe window of your card issuer bank, where you must authenticate as a holder to authorize the operation.

This process guarantees that the payment is made in a Encrypted Environment (HTTPS) directly with your banking entity, without Jocca Have access to your financial data. It is a system used throughout the European e-commerce to protect both the buyer and the seller.

Bank transfer payment

You can also choose to make the payment by bank transfer to our account in La Caixa.

Remember to include in the transfer concept the My order number, and make sure you transfer the total amount, including VAT and shipping costs.
