In some cases, if delivery can not be delivered at home, the package can be deposited at a close collection point (Parcel Shop), and will be notified by email or SMS with the instructions to pick it up.

⚠️ Areas not available
For the moment, We do not send shipments to Islands (Balearic, Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, Corsica, etc.), Ceuta or Melilla, since we currently do not have adequate logistics solutions at cost and delivery time.
However, if you reside in one of these areas and you want to place an order, there is the possibility of managing it Through a carrier contracted directly by the buyer. In that case, the carrier can pick up the order in our stores, after coordination with our customer service team.
This option is available Only for transport companies, Not for personal collections.
