This JOCCA product is guaranteed for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The consumer is entitled to free repair of any malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect. JOCCA will cover the cost of repair, including parts and labor.

CONDITIONS:
For this warranty to be valid, it must be correctly completed and accompanied by the invoice, purchase receipt, or delivery note that confirms the date of purchase. If the warranty has been altered or tampered with, it will be deemed invalid.

This warranty does not cover breakdowns, defects, or damages resulting from: mishandling, improper use, use of non-original accessories or spare parts, exposure to adverse weather conditions, leaking batteries, abuse, impacts, drops, improper or insufficient installation, power supply failures, water damage, normal wear and tear, repairs carried out by persons not authorized by our Technical Service, or disregard of the warnings and instructions in the user manual.

The warranty does not cover accessories or consumables such as glass jars, filters, bags, batteries, etc., nor does it cover periodic checks or maintenance.

This warranty has been drafted in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree RDL/07 (November 16, 2007) — General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users — under which the consumer is protected and consumer rights against the seller are recognized.

Note: The use of this warranty does not imply its extension.
