The Electric Grill Easy Touch Jocca combines 1800 W of power With a large cooking surface and a touch panel that allows to control each preparation in a much more precise way than in a conventional grill.
Your screen simultaneously shows the Time and temperature, while tactile controls allow you to select automatic programs or manually modify both parameters according to the food you want to prepare.
6 Automatic programs and defrost function
Directly select the type of food and let the grill set an initial setting of time and temperature. Incorporates specific programs to Meat, Chicken, Fish, Sausages, Hamburgers and Vegetables, in addition to a Independent defrosting function.
So you can go from preparing a hot sandwich to cook fish, vegetables or a hamburger always using a starting point adapted to each preparation.
From 90 to 230 ºC and up to 60 minutes
If you prefer to adjust the cooking yourself, Easy Touch also gives you the control.
The temperature can be regulated from 90 to 230 ºC, while the timer admits adjustments up 60 minutes. During preheating, the light indicators show the state of the apparatus and, when the plates reach the selected temperature, the grill switches to the green indicator and emits an acoustic signal.
In addition, the START / PAUSE button allows you to temporarily stop the counter and resume it when you need it.
Contact grill or open surface to 180º
Your opening system allows you to use it in different ways according to the recipe. Closed, it works like contact grill, cooking the food between the two plates; thanks to the floating hingeThe upper part can be better adapted to the thickness of sandwiches, meats or hamburgers.
To have a greater surface, you can open it completely until 180 °, placing both plates horizontally and using the two cooking zones at the same time.
29 x 23 cm plates for cooking more
Grilled plates measure 29 x 23 cm, Providing space to prepare up to four slices of bread or different foods simultaneously.
Its fluted surface leaves the characteristics grill marks while helping to direct liquids and fats detached during cooking towards the dripping tray.
