Since Jocca We want to remind you of the commercial guarantee conditions that apply when you acquire our products.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The legal guarantee of compliance allows you, for free, to correct any fault that prevents the correct functioning of the product. This gratuity includes all the necessary expenses to restore compliance: transport, labor, materials, etc.

The duration of this guarantee is three years from the date of delivery to the consumer.

Products covered by the commercial guarantee

This warranty applies to brand electronic products Jocca, acquired as a final final consumer, directly from our website or through distributors authorized in:

  • Member States of the European Union

  • Uk

  • Iceland, Norway and Switzerland

JOCCA devices are designed to operate according to the specifications collected in the documentation of each product.

Product Registration

To facilitate the use of the guarantee in the future, you can Register your purchase from the moment you receive it. In this way, you will digitally preserve the purchase proof and date, without saving the ticket on paper.

When you register your product, be sure to include:

  • Reference and name of the article

  • Your personal information (name, surname, email, address, phone)

  • Copy of the proof of purchase (obligatory attachment)

What includes the guarantee service?

The guarantee covers, at no additional cost, the Repair, replacement, refund or compensation of the product, provided that:

  • The procedure described by the customer service team has been followed.

  • The incidence is within the period and established legal conditions.

  • The ruling is originated by a lack of conformity and not by improper use.

If the defect is manufacturing, JOCCA assumes all costs of return, according to the Legislative RD 1/2007.

Proof of purchase necessary

It is essential to present a Valid purchase proof (Invoice, Ticket or Albaran, Paper or Digital) to activate the warranty.

Cases not covered by the guarantee

They are not covered by this warranty:

  • Damage caused by improper use, falls, blows, fire or contact with liquids.

  • Handling, repair or unauthorized modification.

  • Use other than the specified in the product instructions.

  • Wear for normal use or consumable parts (except recognized manufacturing defects).

  • Products purchased outside the official channel or unauthorized distributors.

  • Any situation in which it is reasonably considered that the product does not come from a legal or authorized channel.

To exercise your right to guarantee, you can:
